All items offered on AVIS89 are made-to-order.  This means that when you place your order, we print that item(s) just for you, one at a time for the best quality!

We work with different artists and manufacturers worldwide. This is the reason for the delivery times below. Keep in mind that that is also the reason we are able to offer such amazing pricing on our products.

In addition, if your order is personalized and/or needs adjustment, it may take a few days for our designer to create a complete art file. Design time will depend on adjustment (more or less, easy or difficult) can be from 1-5 days or more.

SHIPPING & HANDLING

     • Processing time: 2-5 business days.

     • US Delivery Time: 7-14 business days

     • International Delivery Time: 15-20 business days

(*) might be delayed 2-3 days due to the peak season, but we will try our best to fulfill orders as fast as we can.

PLEASE NOTE:

  1. The above time frame is only applied for orders to the US with standard shipping method ("days" here is "business days")
  2. The majority of our orders are processed and shipped within the timeframe we offer above. However, the time period above is only approximate and can differ in individual cases. Some items/orders may require a longer ship-out and/or delivery timeframe.
  3. Due to unforeseeable delivery bottlenecks with our suppliers as well as delivery companies, deliveries may be delayed a little bit. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause to you.
  4. Holiday shipping: Due to certain US and International Holidays, especially in peak seasons, orders may take longer to ship out.. We're so sorry for this inconvenience and hope that you can understand for us.
  5. International orders: It may take additional days if orders have to go through customs. We have no influence on the customs process and apologize for any inconvenience due to delivery delays resulting from this.

 

ORDER TRACKING

    You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so that you can follow your order all the way home! Please allow 5-7 days for the carrier to scan your package into their system. 

    If you do not receive either a confirmation email or a tracking link, please re-check your email, including your SPAM/JUNK box for any missing order notifications.

    If you attempt to track your package and there is no information available that just means the carrier has not processed your parcel yet. When the parcel is scanned into the system, tracking events will populate on the tracking page.

   If you did not receive your package but get notification that your package has been delivered successfully (with proof of deliver from carrier), please ask your family members or neighbors to see if they have received your package in your place. Next Please call your local post office or UPS to ask them about the package. After that, please let us know what your local post office or UPS say regarding your package.

INCORRECT ADDRESS

Make sure you provide the correct address at checkout because:

  • If there is incorrect or missing information that we can detect on our end, we may be required to contact you for an update on the delivery information, which can cause delays in delivering your order. 
  • We are not responsible if your order gets delivered to the wrong address or returned to sender. The returned orders will be donated to charities and will not be returned to our warehouse. Before reaching out to our customer support, please check your given shipping address first.

  • For orders returned due to an incorrect address provided, we request a re-shipping fee to resend your order
  • If you contact the final mile carrier after the order has left our warehouse and ask them to forward or redirect your parcel, we are not responsible if that parcel gets lost, stolen, or damaged.

SHIPPING PRICE

     Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase.

    This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer.
