UNSATISFIED WITH MY PRODUCT.

Purchased my bag a few weeks ago...after 3 weeks, it has started to shred at the handle. I contacted customer support: "Our policy allows for returns or exchanges within 72 hours of receiving the item. As the purchase was made a few weeks ago, we are unfortunately unable to process a return at this stage.

That said, we value your support and want to make this right as best we can. We’d like to offer you a 20% discount on your next order as a gesture of goodwill.

They do not stand behind their product...I also had to take a flight...so now I'm at my destination with a raggedy purse...everyone sees the bag, but after seeing the straps, I look "unprofessional".
