Policy issues

I've received numerous compliments on the looks of the shirt. My two issues are that there's a very bad crease across the collar that won't come out and it's a bit too large for an XL. I've emailed a few times about these issues and was given push back. I understand it's coming from China and returning an item might be tedious for the company, but if a product doesn't fit properly or as an issue, the return should be seamless. After the second email, I just gave up and accepted that I was sent damaged goods.
